  • BRANCH MANAGER (BM) – PT Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk


Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring, Coaching & empowering sales·        
  • Perform analysis to develop new markets and potential clients·        
  • Developing monthly sales activity reports·        
  • Responsible for market and potential customer analysis to increase revenue·        
  • Provide excellent service to existing and ongoing processed customers 

Requirement :

  • Maximum 45 Years old        
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or Master Degree (preferably having A3IK or A2IK certifications)·        
  • Minimum experience 5 years in Insurance Company as a Branch Manager·        
  • A strong and proven leadership (managerial, time management & organizational skill)·        
  • Excellent knowledge of system, business plan, procedure, communication & presentation skill, high achievement drive, result and Target oriented, strong
  • Initiative & team work·       
  • Computer Literate
  • Willing to be located at Branch Office : Malang

  • ACCOUNTING MANAGER – PT Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Prepare financial statements in accordance with PSAK and other regulation (OJK).
  2. Responsible for monthly and annual tax obligations.
  3. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
  4. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
  5. Monitoring day-to-day accounting activities. Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
  6. Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  7. Responsible for reinsurance receivable and payable.
  8. Work with the FA Sr. Mgr. to ensure a clean and timely year end audit.
  9. Supports budget and forecasting activities.
  10. Support FA Sr. Mgr. with special projects and workflow process improvements.
  11. Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
  12. Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.

  • HR GENERALIST STAFF – PT Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk


Responsibilities :

  • Monitor day to day employee working time record (absenteeism, overtime etc), BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
  • Handle all Recruitment process & employee benefit administration
  • Maintain, update and manage employee data base/record
  • Involved in Human Resource, Training and other related projects and tasks

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree with a minimum GPA 2.75 of 4 from reputable university, preferable from major Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experienced in recruitment.
  • Understanding HR policies & procedures and HR Payroll
  • Excellent knowledge of Labor Law, HR tax regulation & its application
  • Excellent skill in Microsoft Office is compulsory, especially in Ms. Excel
  • Strong in detail, good analytical thinking, and well organized
  • High integrity, good attitude, hardworking and team player


  • UNDERWRITER NON MOTOR – PT Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk


Responsibilities :

  • Examine documents to determine degree of risk.
  • Able to determine risk classification based on product guidelines and standard / sub-standard risks and eligibility.
  • Evaluate possibility of losses due to catastrophe or excessive insurance.
  • Review company records to determine amount of insurance in force on single risk or group of closely related risks.
  • Decrease value of policy when risk is substandard and specify applicable endorsements or apply rating to ensure safe profitable distribution of risks, using reference materials.


Requirements :

  • Maximum 33 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree's (S1), with Insurance Academy background
  • Preferable having experience in General Insurance (fresh graduated are welcome).
  • Have understanding about risk management (preferably holding A3IK / A2IK certification).
  • Able to speak, write, and read in English
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point).
  • Good Communication, trustworthy & pleasant
  • Service minded & helpful
  • Able to work underpressure and tight deadline
