Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (preferable Marketing)
  • Experience at least 3 years in Insurance Tech as Channel Manager, Fintech Bisdev (or above)
  • Understand business operations, work flow, or business flow of e-commerce and familiar with online sales platformssuch as websites, marketplaces, and social media
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent leadership skills with a passion for developing employees
  • Excellent management skills such as highlevel analysis and mapping

 Responsibilities :

  • Developing tools software to support the bussines
  • Maintain and enhance existing tools or company software
  • Troubleshoot user problem on IT matters
  • Creating reports to meet the needs of the bussines
  • Perform implementation activities such a program promotion, installation of the system
  • Responsible for all the programing project need in Department
  • Handle programing Of Web Project 

Requirements :

  • Education background from Computer/Physics/Mathematics or other Technical Science of a reputable University
  • Having a minimum 2 year experience on the respective area
  • Aged maximum 30 years old
  • Expert in computer language VB, VB.Net, PHP, HTML/CSS, Java Script, XML/RSS, Flash
  • Expert in database server MS SQL Server, MySQL
  • Knowledge on mobile programming such as Blackberry, Android and iOS is an advantage
  • Able to translate design concept into an interactive web interface with user friendly navigation
  • Able to develop interconnection between website and social network
  • Having a General Insurance knowledge is an advantage

 RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Analyzing and approval all claims (Life, Accident, Critical Illness, Disability)
  • Able to coordinate and monitoring case on the team
  • Provide and checking claim letter for claim paid and decline
  • To process all claims base on SOP or guideline as standard level agreed
  • To participate in the project assigned by company
  • To improve of product, system & medical knowledge

Requirement :

  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
  • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information
  • Monitoring day-to-day accounting activities. Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
  • Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Responsible for reinsurance receivable and payable
  • Work with the FA Sr. Mgr. to ensure a clean and timely year end audit
  • Supports budget and forecasting activities
  • Support FA Sr. Mgr. with special projects and workflow process improvements
  • Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department
  • Provide training to new and existing staff as needed
